Many of our new home owners find us through friends, family, or co-workers who have built with us. We like to reward our home owners who send us referrals as well as the new buyers through our Send-a-Friend Referral program.
Here’s how it works:
- Complete the referral card with your information and your friend’s. Bring it to one of our New Home Specialists, Shane or Taylor, in the office. We will contact your friend to find out what they are looking for in a new home. OR – Give your friend, family member, or co-worker our Referral Card with your name and address completed.
- They MUST bring us the referral card when they make the reservation for it to be valid.
- Your friend will get either $500 in free upgrades or a $500 VISA® gift card at closing if they are buying a townhome or spec home.
- You will be notified by our office after they close to come pick up your $500 VISA® gift card as a thank you for your referral.
- You can refer as many times as you want!
You will find a referral card in your Homeowner Manual. More referral cards can be obtained in our office.
*The referral program cannot be combined with any other incentives, offers, discounts, promotions or if a real estate agent is representing the buyer.
**The referral program is valid for new reservations made 1/1/17 through 6/30/17.
