Confidence In Your Home Matters

At McCall Homes, we understand how important it is for you to feel confident in your home purchase. To achieve that, you need a home where your family can enjoy comfort and good health all year round.

If anyone in your household suffers from respiratory issues, and you struggle to keep your older home comfortable during extreme temperatures, you may be dealing with aggravating indoor allergies, asthma, and high utility bills. We believe your home should support your health, enhance your comfort, and be cost-effective.

We understand how frustrating it is to feel uncomfortable and unhealthy inside your own home—even after spending hundreds of dollars each month on utilities. That's why we've partnered with leading experts to build homes that remain comfortable in any season. Our homes are 80% more energy-efficient than typical existing homes on the market, and we use advanced materials and building practices that significantly improve indoor air quality.

    Your Home,Made Energy Efficient

Many components of each home work-together to achieve this high level of energy efficiency, including:

    • 95% efficient Rheem furnace
    • LP Smart Siding
    • Navian tankless water heater
    • Programmable thermostat
    • Advanced framing techniques
    • Landscaped yard with water-saving sprinklers & drop system
    • Better ductwork and seals
    • High R-value insulation, including R-19 batt wall insulation combined with R-6 insulated ZIP Panel exterior sheathing to create an R-25 exterior wall assembly, plus R-49 blown-in insulation in the ceiling.
    • Anderson 100 Series, Low U-value windows
    • LED lighting throughout the home for long-term use

In addition, each home is equipped with a continuous tankless water heater and a 95% efficient forced-air furnace, designed to work seamlessly with the mechanically engineered HVAC system to provide greater comfort for homeowners. Indoor air quality is enhanced through proper ventilation, supported by low-sone bath fans. Certain features may vary by product.

The quality and little details were big improvements over the other homes we looked at. We weren't just looking at "right now," but also how the home will sell in the future. When you think about resale value and compare standard features and upgrades, they were the best!
