Choosing a Move-In Ready Home

When choosing your new home at McCall Homes, you will be greeted with two options: a move-in-ready home or build your home. Most people that choose us usually select the build your home option, as it is a special experience. That process can take up to a year, though, and if you have to move right now, you would be better off with buying a move-in-ready home. We are going to show you the pros and cons of buying a move-in-ready home.

Better for Your Budget

At McCall Homes, we try to make the home building process as budget-friendly as it possibly can be. However, no matter how efficient we make the process, buying a move-in-ready home is always going to be better for your budget. With move-in-ready homes, there is a bit of leeway when it comes to pricing, whereas building your own home has prices set for all the modifications you had in mind, and it is less flexible.

You Can Move – Right Now!

We are building our homes really rapidly, as we are getting a lot of attention for our Annafeld community. But no matter how fast we make it, if you are building a home from scratch it is going to take a while. If you are constrained by time limitations  (maybe you got a great job offer from a company in Billings and you have to move now), buying a move-in ready home is the way to go. The whole process takes just a little amount of time!

Less Construction – More Peace

Our Annafeld community is growing more and more every day. 45% of Phase 3 lots are sold, and we still have a long way to go. Most of our move-in-ready homes are located in the earlier phases, meaning you will be living in a neighborhood that is pretty much done with construction. We are still constructing Phase 3, so if you build a home from scratch, you might have to deal with a few construction problems like mud and noise. Although this is a temporary problem, it is still worth mentioning.

Missing Out On a Great Experience

One of the most unique aspects of McCall Homes is the fact that we let people design their own homes from the very beginning. It is a very satisfying and rewarding experience for a homeowner to be able to design every aspect of their own homes. By buying a move-in-ready home, you will be missing out on this wonderful and maybe once-in-a-lifetime experience!
