  • Willing to step outside of job description to help the team
  • Willing to try new approaches/techniques when necessary
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends as per schedule and events
  • A self-learner meaning that you engage yourself in personal training for constant growth


  • Generating leads
  • Tracking and following up with ALL leads using a CRM
  • Fostering and Maintaining realtor relations
  • Maintaining client relations before, during, and after the sale
  • Working at and maintaining the model home(s) and sales vehicle.
