Welcome to Design!
Our designers are so excited to take you through the McCall Homes design process! We offer Personalized Homes and Pre-Designed Homes. During the Personalized Homes process our designers will guide you through your interior and exterior selections, and put together the personalized home that you've envisioned. In the Pre-Designed process, our designers create homes that will be impactful, beautiful and functional for every buyer!
OUR PRE-SOLD PROCESS
First Design Appointment
During your first design appointment you will be asked a series of questions that cover every aspect of your home. We start in the kitchen and work our way through the whole house (interior and exterior). For each selection that you’ll have to make, we will always start by showing you what’s included in the base price of your home. Then, we will give you your options for investing in items above and beyond. This meeting will focus more on what level of finish you’d like, rather than narrowing down the exact color.
Second Design Appointment
During your second appointment, the first thing we will do is review your Selections Sheet. After we get through discussing and narrowing down your selections, then comes the real fun… COLORS! We will end by helping you choose and put together your final color selections. This is where we really get to be creative and bring your vision to life for your new home!
What's Next?
You've finished designing your new home, congratulations! From this point, we move on to contract signing. This locks in pricing and selections. It also takes you out of the design process and moves you into the “Building Queue.”
The quality and little details were big improvements over the other homes we looked at. We weren't just looking at 'right now,' but also how the home will sell in the future. When you think about resale value and compare standard features and upgrades, they were the best!
