If you’re a renter, you are paying a mortgage. It’s just someone else’s. Find out how to turn that monthly payment into equity for yourself. Being a homeowner gives you the freedom to decide how you want to live. Want pets? No problem. Want to paint your bedroom blue, sure. Want to start a garden in your backyard? Of course you can. When you own your own home, you get to make the calls, all while investing in yourself and your future.
Whether you’re seriously considering homeownership or you haven’t thought much about it, this FREE WORKSHOP will provide you with the information you need to take your next step, whatever that is.
• Door prizes and a special offer
• Dinner is on us, so come hungry!
We’ll have an experienced mortgage lending expert discuss the different types of home loans and what’s required to qualify. You might be surprised at some of the options you have even if you don’t have a large amount saved. We’ll talk about how to calculate what you can afford. The New Home Specialists at McCall Homes will share with you the differences between buying an existing home vs. buying a new home. We’ll show you some affordable options to consider as you start your search. By the end of the evening, you should have a pretty clear idea of where you’re at on the path to home ownership. And all without spending a dime.
Join us afterwards for an optional tour of homes in Annafeld.
Sign up today. Registration closes Wednesday, Oct. 3.
If you’re a McCall Homes community resident, you can book the amphitheater in Josephine Crossing for a private celebration or event. All you need to do is submit your request below, and include your name, address, contact info and event. All resident requests will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Don’t forget, we’re all part of this wonderful, safe community. Respect your neighbors by ensuring you leave the facility in pristine condition so the next family who has booked an event has the same positive experience as your family did.
If you have reserved space and wish to notify the rest of the community, please post your event on the news board on the back of the amphitheater.
If you have any questions please feel free to send us an email to the address above!
