Check out the latest home design and decor when you tour our newest plan, the Roosevelt, at 6022 Norma Jean Lane. The first of many in the Park Collection (to be released in 2019), the Roosevelt is our newest two-level home with a private master suite in the back. Beyond the front door, go right toward the comfortable living room or left to the dining and kitchen. 6-foot windows throughout this home flood each room with light in all directions and give it its farmhouse appeal. Enjoy a bug-free summer on the spacious screened porch right off the kitchen. Then escape to your master oasis complete with walk in tile shower, soaker tub, and massive walk-in closet to accommodate any clothes addict. Upstairs, the kids can retreat to their bedrooms (3 in all) or the common family room for a movie night.
The newest surprise is what you’ll find ABOVE the 3-car garage in this home….. a studio apartment with its own access! That’s right, you can supplement your mortgage with a rental on your property if you’re wanting a smart investment!! These flexible living spaces complete with kitchen, living, bedroom, bath, walk-in closet and laundry are perfect for rentals (can you say VRBO?), a boomerang kid (adult child who moves back home), or even for a mother-in-law suite!
With all this and the energy-efficient features built-in, you truly can’t afford not to at least check it out!
