Schedule a Preview Appointment. A New Home Specialist will meet with you to best understand your needs and wants in your next home. The Preview Appointment includes a tour of our unique Design Showroom as well as a customized tour of other homes either under construction or completed that match what you’re looking for. From there, take a look at available lots and accompanying floor plans. We will help you find the perfect spot for your new nest and make sure it best suits your specific needs. Want a finished basement? Sure! No problem. Want a family room or an additional bedroom on the second level? We have you covered! Is a lot with a view or a lot with easy access to the park more important to you? We can help you decide.

Personalize Your New Home, Get Pricing, Sign Contracts
We offer so many ways to personalize your home. During the design meetings, we listen intently to understand the home that you’ve always envisioned, bringing it into reality with your unique choices of flooring, cabinets, colors and finishes. It’s important that you take your time during this process; carefully selecting all the features you really want in your new home. After all, it is probably your biggest investment. Typically, the full design process is staggered over a few appointments, allowing you enough opportunity to think through all your decisions before construction begins.
Prior to construction you will meet with Rob Garza—aka “Garz”—our Construction Manager. You will meet Eddy or Dan, who will be your superintendent throughout construction. Everything will be reviewed with you in detail and you’ll have an opportunity to communicate any special needs to the guys who will get it done.
The final deposit (options deposit), will be due prior to excavation. This deposit may or may not be necessary depending on the amount of optional selections you’ve chosen. We require 25% of your optional selections after the first $5,000. All of your deposits will be applied to your down payment at closing so consider them a savings plan until your home is complete.
Construction on your home begins
It may seem quiet on your lot for a few weeks, but rest assured that we are working hard to begin building your home. Once you’ve approved the plans during your pre-construction meeting, we will then send them off for structural approval, truss designs, and city permitting. The team will break ground once we’ve received the final plan sets and proper building permits. Then the foundation will be dug, walls begin to go up and you’ll get to see your dream home come to life.
The day you’ve waited for has finally arrived. We even provide a free moving van to help you get from your old place to your new one!
