A 4-bedroom home with the master on the main level makes The Roosevelt suitable for families with older kids, as well as for empty nesters wanting extra space for grandkids and guests to stay.

The Roosevelt is one of our most versatile floor plans, so we’re excited to share some of its highlights with you in this special winter floor plan feature. If you missed our last floor plan feature article, you can still take a peek here!

This stately home build, like many of our floor plans, is available for personalization and offers various options and add-ons to accommodate any family or homeowner preferences. The base design of the Roosevelt is a 4-bedroom build with a luxurious master on the main level. It’s ideal for larger families and those with many generations under one roof. Homeowners who plan to host frequent family gatherings and holiday homecomings will love this floor plan for accommodating a large number of guests.

There’s still plenty more to learn and lots to love about the Roosevelt floor plan, so be sure to read on and see for yourself in this seasonal home spotlight. The Roosevelt — A Spacious & Stately Sanctuary

The Roosevelt floor plan is designed as a 4-bedroom home, but it can be modified to include 5 or 6 bedrooms based on your living capacity needs and preferences. Thanks to its two-story structure, you have the privacy of a master suite on the main floor, plus a minimum of three bedrooms on the upper level.

The entry level of the Roosevelt also features a kitchen in the back, so if you like to entertain and have people over, it’s easy to throw one heck of a dinner party without worry of anyone spotting the dishes in the sink. Plus, there’s significant storage space throughout the main level to tuck away unused appliances, furnishings, cleaning supplies, and more in the walk-in pantry and storage closet.

The second level is where the custom options of this floor plan really shine. You have the option of three bedrooms, one bath, and a comfy family room area — or you can modify the layout of the level to include different accommodations. For example, if you’d prefer a larger living room, you can choose to expand the den area and simply reduce the bedroom count to two.

Multi-generational living

This plan accommodates multi-generational living nicely. Depending on your families needs, the Roosevelt can accommodate empty nesters and growing families or boomerang kids. Add a second master suite and bath upstairs for family quarters, so grandma and grandpa can live on the main level.

If you’ve got a boomerang kid, build a carriage house studio above the garage with it’s own entrance!

Or supplement your mortgage payment and rent it out. This floor plan is so flexible, you can truly use it for many types of living situations.
