Reserve Your Lot
After you have found the perfect spot, it's time to reserve your lot! Here you will choose your homes floor plans and structural options. At McCall Homes, we carry the construction loan. A 2% deposit of the base price, structural options, lot premium and a pre-qualification letter sends you on your way to design!

Congratulations, you have reserved your home! Now, it's time to meet our team of designers. Here is where you'll begin working on your exterior and interior home selections. Learn more about designing your home below!
